1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and unworn
• In the same condition that you received it
• In its original packaging with all tags attached
• Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these requirements.

2. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved:

• We will initiate a refund to your original method of payment
• You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable

3. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. If you need to exchange your item for the same product:

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs if the return is due to our error.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable
• If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund
