1. Order Cancellation Timeframe

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it without any cancellation fee. After 24 hours have passed, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel your order, as it may have already been processed or shipped.

2. How to Cancel Your Order

To cancel your order, please follow these steps:

• Provide your order number and the reason for cancellation
• Wait for our confirmation of cancellation

3. Cancellation After Shipping

If your order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In this case:

• You can accept the delivery and follow our Refund Policy for returns
• You may refuse the package upon delivery; however, shipping charges will not be refunded
• Return shipping costs will be your responsibility unless the return is due to our error

4. Refund for Canceled Orders

If your order is canceled within the eligible timeframe:

• Orders that have already been shipped

You may cancel a part of your order if you have ordered multiple items. Please note:

• Partial cancellations must be requested within the 24-hour timeframe

If we cancel your order, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be processed promptly.

If your order is returned to us because of:

• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address
• Unsuccessful delivery attempts
• Refusal to accept delivery
• Failure to collect from the courier office
